coaching services

  • Custom digital plan for flat fee of $150.

    No ongoing coaching. Best for runners who want tailored expertise & suggestions to incorporate on your own time. You like to plug in your headphones and block out the world. 

    • Includes:

      • Fully customized running plan. The plan can look like a firm schedule with exact paces and mileage, or flexible training suggestions for set period of time. Whatever’s your style.

      • Up to one (1) adjustment during the training cycle if adjustments are needed

      • Maximum 12 weeks of training

        • Additional training available at $15 per every 4 weeks added to plan (must be stated during consultation call so I can work it into the progression plan.)

    Please note:

    • $60 deposit due after consultation to confirm commitment; full payment completed before delivery of final plan.

  • Deliverable Plan + Weekly Coaching.

    $130 plan fee + $115/month

    For runners who want regular feedback, an adaptable but consistent plan, a coaching relationship and long-term accountability. Whether you’re training for a big race or just building better habits, this option keeps you supported week to week. I got you!

    • Includes:

      • Discounted initial plan from Solo-Run

      • Set weekly check-in via phone, Zoom, or text 

      • Ongoing plan adjustments based on performance, recovery, and feedback (made during weekly touchpoint)

      • Minimum 2 months training

    Please note:

    • $60 deposit due after the consultation to confirm commitment

    • The $130 plan covers the cost of the written plan only

    • $115 monthly payments begin in the first month

    • Monthly payments are due every 4 weeks from the initial delivery of the plan

  • $95

    (Galveston–Bay Area only… travel by request + additional cost)

    Why book an in-person session? I can help assess and recommend improvements in your gait, pace, distance, injury prevention, mental blocks, etc. 

    Includes:

    • Biomechanics analysis 

    • Written notes following the session

the Process

Every plan I offer is fully tailored to your running goals based on the information you provide and the expertise I recommend.

The price for the plan + coaching reflects the level of support, contact time, and in-person involvement included in each option.

Please note: I am here for support and guidance, not guarantees. Client compliance is required to reach goals.

If you don’t get first place, that is not my fault. But we’ll try our best!

Getting started (solo & ultimate-relay plans):

  1. You’ll complete an in-depth intake form

  2. We’ll schedule a 20-minute consultation call after I review your goals & needs. Deposit due at this point to confirm commitment.

  3. I’ll write your plan

  4. We’ll schedule one final call to review the plan, answer questions, and make on-the-spot adjustments

  5. Your plan will be delivered via email once the remaining balance is fulfilled

Deposits are non-refundable. No refunds after a plan has been delivered. Payments can be made via venmo or Zelle.

Must be 18+ or have parental consent and cooperation.
